BEET Jerky is a savory, vegetable snack made with organic beets & curated spices. We use techniques Theo learned as a chef and use simple, organic ingredients to create a meaty experience using the humble beet. We hope you enjoy it!

Our bags are made with certified home compostable materials! Please feel free to compost your bags, or feel good knowing they will decompose in a matter of months rather than the decades, even centuries, it takes plastic to decompose!

Yes! All THEO’s products will be 100% USDA organic, including BEET Jerky.

Our Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper and Savory BBQ flavors are Free from the Top 9 Allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, wheat, milk, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame), and Sesame-Ginger Teriyaki is Free from the Top 8, but contains sesame. Each flavor also contains coconut.

All THEO’s products are 100% plant-based and vegan-friendly.

BEET Jerky is soy-free and gluten-free.

Beets have natural sugars in them, about 9g per serving. But that’s hardly the same as eating 9g of sugar from candy. Beets are high in fiber (10g per bag!), which slows the absorption of sugar in the bloodstream.

We work directly with organic beet farmers across the United States!

BEET Jerky has a 12 month shelf life and is best consumed within 7 days of opening.

Though our recommendation will ALWAYS be to purchase whole, raw, vegetables (especially from local organic growers :D). BEET Jerky is dehydrated, which maintains most nutrients found in a raw beet!
